Dually Wheels Canada – Terms of Service

By purchasing from DuallyWheels.ca, you agree to the terms below. These Terms protect both you (the customer) and Dually Wheels Canada Ltd. (“DWC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Pricing, Product Information & Errors

We strive for accurate pricing and product information, but mistakes can happen.

Prices, availability, and shipping rates may change without notice.
If we find a pricing or shipping error, we may:
- Cancel or refuse the order
- Contact you for approval of updated pricing
Orders to remote or non-serviceable locations may be canceled at no charge before shipping.

Plain English: If there’s a typo or pricing mistake, we’ll either cancel your order or confirm the correct price with you before shipping.

2. Price Match Policy

We’ll try to match or beat any identical, in-stock item from an authorized Canadian dealer.
Eligibility:

Order must not yet be placed.
Official quote or link must be provided.
Price must be in CAD, include shipping/taxes, and be from a Canadian retailer.
Item must match in brand, model, and part number.

Not Eligible:

Clearance, closeout, blowout, or sale items
Marketplaces like Kijiji, Facebook, eBay, Amazon
Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day sales
Quotes outside of public advertisements

Plain English: If you find the same product in Canada for less, and it meets our criteria, we’ll try to beat it.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipping. Reasons may include:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product info
Fraud concerns or mismatched billing/shipping details

We may contact you for additional verification. If we can’t reach you, the order may be canceled.

4. Shipping & Stock Status

In Stock: Ships from a Canadian warehouse, usually within 24-48 hours.
US Warehouse Transfer: 7–10 business days to Canada, plus final delivery time.
Backorder: Ships when available.
On Order (ETA): Estimated arrival dates may change.
We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Plain English: We ship as quickly as possible, but times can vary depending on stock location.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order on delivery.
Refuse delivery if damage is visible.
Report hidden damage within 24 hours with photos of the product, packaging, and labels.
Report missing items within 24 hours of delivery.

Plain English: Check your package immediately. If there’s damage or missing items, let us know right away so we can help.

6. Wheel & Tire Fitment Policy

We work hard to recommend correct fitment, but exact fitment is not guaranteed due to:

Vehicle modifications
Different trim levels
Suspension changes
Brand variations in tire sizing

Customer Responsibilities:

Confirm fitment before purchase.
Test fit wheels before mounting tires.
Once tires are mounted, products cannot be returned unless defective (“You mount it, you own it”).

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be approved and accompanied by an RMA number.
Products must be unused, in original packaging.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise arranged.
Restocking fees may apply.

8. Warranty

We extend manufacturer warranties on products we sell.
Most wheels:
- Lifetime structural warranty to the original purchaser
- 1-year finish warranty
Tires: Warranty varies by manufacturer.
Warranties are non-transferable.
Clearance/blowout items have no warranty.

9. Intellectual Property

All manufacturer names, symbols, and descriptions are for identification only.
You may not copy, sell, or modify any site content without permission.

10. Legal & Liability

Certain products are for off-road use only — you are responsible for compliance with laws.
DWC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Alberta courts.
