Dually Wheels Canada – Shipping Policy

At Dually Wheels Canada, we know that fast, reliable shipping matters to you. That’s why we cover shipping costs up to $150 CAD for eligible orders placed through our website. (Conditions apply – see below.)

1. Shipping Coverage

Freight Credit: $150 CAD applies to all wheel sets and adapters.
Definition of Wheel Set: A complete set of 4 or 6 wheels.
Exclusions:
- Pairs of wheels (e.g., steel wheels) unless purchased with a complete wheel set.
- Accessories (lug nuts, sensors, center caps) unless:
  1. Ordered with a wheel set or adapters, or
  2. The total order exceeds $750 CAD.
Adapters: Automatically apply the freight credit but may have extra shipping costs based on your billing address.

Plain English: If you’re ordering a full wheel set or adapters, we’ll knock up to $150 off your shipping. Smaller orders may not qualify unless they meet the exceptions above.

2. Rural or Remote Location Charges

We ship to every corner of Canada, but some locations may have extra charges due to carrier fees and delivery challenges.

How it works:

Identification: Carriers classify certain addresses as rural or remote based on distance, access, and population density.
Calculation: The extra fee depends on the carrier, destination, and delivery difficulty.
Notification: If your address is flagged, we’ll contact you before processing your order. You can choose to proceed or cancel.
Payment: The extra fee will be added at checkout for you to review before payment.

Plain English: If you live somewhere harder to reach, shipping might cost a bit more — but we’ll tell you first.

3. Shipping Times & Order Processing

In-stock orders: Usually ship within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
Partial orders: We do not ship partial orders unless you request it (extra shipping fees may apply).
Urgent orders: Call us at 1-403-242-2767 if you need your order by a specific date.
Order tracking: Log in to your account to check order status, estimated ship date, and history.
No guarantees: All shipping times are estimates; we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates.
Cancellations: We may cancel orders with excessive shipping costs to remote or non-serviceable locations (before shipment).

Plain English: We ship quickly when we can, but delays can happen — check your account for updates.

4. Inventory & Lead Times

Not all products are stocked in Canada.
We use U.S. warehouses to transfer stock to Canada without duties or taxes for you.
Transfers typically take 7–10 business days.
Shipping is only done Monday–Friday.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Plain English: If your product’s coming from the U.S., it may take an extra week or two — but you won’t pay duties or taxes.

5. U.S. Shipping & Quotes

Canadian customers: Contact us for a shipping quote if needed.
U.S. customers: Please email us with the product details, your full address, and postal/ZIP code for a quote.
