Due to the nature of our business and the specific handling requirements of certain items, including mounted wheels and tires, we have implemented the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for these products:

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds: Mounted wheels and tires that have been mounted on rims or used on a vehicle cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Once these items have been mounted or used, they are considered final sale and ineligible for return or refund.

Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure that all wheels and tires we sell are of the highest quality and free from defects. However, if you believe that you have received a defective product or if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect wheels or tires, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement or compensation, depending on the circumstances.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders, including wheels or tires that have been specially ordered or modified to meet your specifications, are also ineligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Installation Disclaimer: We strongly recommend professional installation of wheels and tires to ensure proper fitment and performance. Any issues arising from improper installation or misuse are not covered under our return/refund policy.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an order for mounted wheels or tires before they have been mounted or used, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been mounted or used cannot be canceled, and the no-return policy mentioned above will apply.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of new and unused wheels or tires, we offer a return and refund policy within 90 days of purchase. Please review the following details regarding our return/refund policy:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return and refund, the wheels or tires must be in new and unused condition, free from any signs of mounting, installation, or use. They must also be returned in their original packaging, including any manufacturer's labels or tags.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned wheels or tires, they will be inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the items are deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within [number of days] days.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to returns of new and unused wheels or tires. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned items. The amount of the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds and Transaction Fees
Please note that refunds issued for eligible returns may be subject to a transaction fee of 3-6% of the total refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the refund transaction, including credit card processing fees and administrative expenses. The exact percentage of the transaction fee will be determined based on the payment method used for the original purchase.

Applicable Payment Methods: The transaction fee may apply to refunds issued for purchases made using credit cards, debit cards, or other electronic payment methods. Cash refunds may be exempt from transaction fees, subject to management discretion.

Deduction from Refund Amount: The transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount before processing the refund to the original method of payment. The remaining balance after deducting the transaction fee will be refunded to the customer.

Notification of Transaction Fee: Customers will be notified of any applicable transaction fees at the time of requesting a refund. The transaction fee will be clearly indicated on the refund request confirmation and deducted accordingly from the refund amount.

Exclusions: Please note that the transaction fee is non-refundable and will not be waived under any circumstances, except where prohibited by law. The fee is intended to cover the costs associated with processing refund transactions and is applied uniformly to all eligible refunds.
Any orders that are fulfilled but have not shipped are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Orders that have been shipped are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus any shipping costs incurred to ship product(s) back to Dually Wheels Canada.
Returns on items originating from a US warehouse are subject to a restocking fee of 30% plus any shipping fees and duties.
